At Trade Matrix System (TMS), all purchases are final.

We do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated. Users are expected to utilize the service for the full duration of their selected plan.

2. Usage Policy

Upon successful subscription:

• Full access to the TMS system is provided for the selected plan duration
• Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle
• No partial or early termination refunds will be issued

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

• Cancellation will stop future billing
• Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be applied after cancellation
